Dr Brownstein recommends B2 100 mg and B3 500 mg (flush free) twice a day to improve use of the iodine.

I take B2 100 mg a day and B3 250 mg a day to help this.

Iodine supplementation is highly individual. Some people start at low doses and gradually work their way up, others start right in w/50mg.
