"You seem a little strung out?"
Not at all. I am not a heroin junkie. Now, "snippy"... how about that one? Snippy is pretty good. "Having a bad day" is another good one, but I'm not really having a bad day. Hmm... I think "snippy" is the best. So I'm snippy! heehee
But when you have spent years on webboards like this, you tend to want to get to the point a little bit. You have wasted hundreds of hours reading "meaningless posts", "answering the same stupid question a hundred times a week" because people won't read the material, expected to play "guessing games" and all sorts of other things that just waste your time. It gets old. I mean O-O-OLD! This is just one of several boards that I participate in, so my time is limited sometimes. I was a little premature in my judgement of the situation, and I should have done my homework a little better, like reading his previous posts and I would have understood better. So that's my fault, not his. I just read that first post, and figured "oh boy, another marketing idiot or something" and reacted. Sorry. Please accept my apologies, and let's "move on!"
I am interested in his post or I wouldn't have even responded to it. So take it as a compliment, not a "put down" or anything... it's not. But I was trying to figure out what he/she wants to know, and he/she isn't making it any easier! Everything is worded so vaguely that it's anybody's guess. Try to see it from "the reader's point of view" and you'll see what I mean. He/she knows what he's talking or thinking about in his mind... we, however, still do not. Oh well.
It would be so much simpler if they just came out and said "There's an elephant growing out of my ear! What do I do?" or whatever the issue is, instead of having us play guessing games...
I'm just wishing they get to the point. Nobody's going to "club them over the head", or "shoot them with a laser beam." And I doubt that God will come down out of the sky throwing thunderbolts at you. But then again, you never know...
You COULD get attacked by the "little snippies" however... it has been known to happen to me...
:)
cya later!
