Thank you for everything and being here. Someone on this forum earlier said it is good to check in and I am. Here is my question. My mother, in her kindness, tried to make me some beef chilli and chicken.
I am lucky as we can afford organic (although I have found she has lied to me to save money - although when I insist I watch her buy it). She made it yesterday and I don't know how long it was sitting around either in the fridge or on the stove. My candida is REALLY bad. And I had an instinct to throw it out. I feel guilty but even reheated in the microwave. I am unsure if it is ok for someone with metal poisoning/weak gut/bad liver and all the usual we are all used to.
Many thanks for opinions on reheated food. To be honest I only trust my own cooking. Particularly if it is frozen quite quickly after cooking it.
