First follow a paleolithic diet with very little fruit and no honey, no Sugar
One serving of fruit a day, preferably berries or green apples.
Exercise at least an hour a day, candida hates oxygen.
Something cardio, I like yoga, pilates or hiking
Drink lots of water and take fungal defense by garden of life.
organic pure cranberry juice, one shot 3 times a day
MSM by MRM, those work for me.
I used to not be able to get out of bed, feeling like my head was in a fog and this has helped. I still have re-occuring yeast infections but not debilitating symptoms and my yeast infections occur only when I eat bread or refined sugar.
