ZMA would do what it does for anyone - significantly support levels of zinc and magnesium in your body. If your endogenous testosterone production is lower due to lack of zinc and/or magnesium, then this forumlation will increase your testosterone levels. It's been mostly studied with regard to and has it's greatest testosterone impact on males, of course.
Girls overlook the advantages of mazimizing natural testosterone levels all the time. It does wonders for your mood, libido, etc.

Just something I found off-hand. ZMA also aids in sleep. I just keep a bottle right next to my bed and down my capsules as the first thing I do as I prepare for bed.
