Ps itt will probably work out okay no matter which way you decide. Many people do not even ue the Epsom Salts . Me I wouldn't do it without them but that is just me

At 6pm I drank 2 tlbsp es in 2 cups water. I was so full at 8pm that I wrote for help on the fourm. Then all the water I drank started rushing out at 8:30! Now I had room, I drank 1 tlbsp in 1 cup of water. Around 10pm all that water was out too! so I drank 1/3 cup oo mixed w/1/4 cup lemon juice. Slept good all night. This morning I got up at 6am to drink the bottle of mag. cit. but befor I could do that I felt the Urge! maybe, 60 or 80 pea size stones and about a cup of gravel. I feel really good. looking forward. rmm
