So it finally came out Sunday morning after 48 hours. While it was in me, I noticed zapping around my liver and pancreas area.

I awoke Sunday morning with some crazy zapping around my pancreas area. I thought it must still be around that area of my colon. But, 15 mins later, it came out! So it seems the sputnik can zap you at distant locations hah....

So far, I have noticed improvement in my stool. I have been having thin stools for over 3 months, but these past 3 days my stools are looking thicker again! Hope it continues to get better and STAYS that way.

I cleaned it and took it again Sunday night. This morning, I felt very bad, light headed and pain around my lower back. Maybe I'm detoxing too fast...
