I recommend magnesium malate, 300mg 3 times daily, to relax the bronchioles. Do not take it with calcium. The herb kudzu is also an excellent choice for this.
Drinking licorice root tea throughout the day will help reduce the inflammation and boost the immune system. For an added soothing effect and immune boost mix it with some slippery elm then boil the mixture, one teaspoon of the mix per cup and a half of water for 20 minutes covered, then allow it to steep until cool enough to drink.
