Thanks for supporting my view. We really need to spread the fact that losing the weight is the easiest part. Keeping it off is the hardest part.
I gave up having Pizza or soft drinks regularly. I loved to munch of slice after slice of Pizza atleast twice a week while guzzling it down with soft drink which was basically pure Sugar
I knew that was unhealthy for me and I stopped. I lost 13.5 pounds
without fasting. I didn't even mean to lose that weight.
All I know is one thing. You can either be the guy/girl standing on the scales in a few months time hoping to lose some pounds
and get depressed when you see your self in the mirror or you can be like me knowing that you lost weight and kept it off and you don't even have to look at the scale to confirm that.
