I just had the same experience. Just a minor problem developing.
I know of no reversal of the condition. If you hear of a way please post it here.
In the mean time high fiber diet and plenty of water seems to be helping. I am not taking medications and am taking less of the lactulose that the dr presribed. Diet is the key.
