Hello! I like Paragone. It has really worked for me and BTW I seem to have long, vivid dreams that I can completely recall while I am taking it, which I really like. I also take melatonin tea to sleep on occasion. It helps me to fall asleep. Have you tried that?

Testing is very hit or miss - best results are from Metametrix because of the PCR analysis.

There are a number of pathogens that can cause problems:

Scott, you have to try HumaWorm. It is awesome! I was tested for parasites and they only showed up with one, Giardia. I started on the Humaworm 2 weeks ago and I am getting wonderful results. I have already seen Tapeworm segments, eggs, and liver flukes that were not found by tests. I have also had sleep problems for 20 years. I wake up 5-10 times a night, never sleep through the night. Even rolling over wakes me up. Well the last 2 nights I have slept so soundly. I didnt wake up for 6 hours straight, not until I had to go to the bathroom. That is awesome for me!!! friends have had some incredible success with the technology from First Line Wellness. The Science behind it is amazing. Their web site is still under construction, but they have really helped parasite issues and a whole host of things: lymes, sleep, anxiety, depression. check it out -- it may not be available yet, but at least see if you can touch base with these people.
