Of course anyone can do what they want during a fast, but for good advice which will bring optimum benefits and results from your days of fasting, -- anything which would drain your energy would tend to take away benefits that would normally be realized from a fast.
The Bikram yoga, due to the strenuousness of it and the heat makes it a great candidate for draining energy.
Keep in mind that all the available energy of the body during the fast is going toward healing, cleaning rejuvenating, and repairing.
I try to stick to stretching and some re-bounding.
Those two seem to not require any energy of the body.
I think if you understand the fundamentals of whats happening with the body during a fast, then good judgment will prevail in terms of what activities are good during that time.
