Dont remember a lot of response every time this has been raised here.
Id say the prime concern is that if our system is metal toxic we would be recircualting certain substances with each draught and tho eventually the toxins would be shunted to the intestinal, for a time such unwanted compounds might cause further distress. I have felt that the UT practicing advice of no greens by some practitioners was because of the chlorophylls power to chelate. But since you are refering to an improperly responding system this probably would not apply, the caveat being tho, that many of our system imballances have root in metal toxicity. Might want to try a hair test also.
( the
Arthritis study done years ago with radioisotypes was very interesing in that the root of the study found that some patients systems attacking themselves was on account of metal toxicity at a cellular level in the tissue in the joints)
Still I think the positive or negative should be quickly evident, if you were taking the
Iodine and also practicing ut. Just dont forget to follow the advised
Iodine protcol.
Ive been taking 100 to 200 mgs daily for a few months stopping for few months rest, since
Iodine was popularized here on CZ some 2 plus years ago.( I have had high levels of lead) Id agree that it is a very strong additional therapy and always worth trying especially if one is suffering.
So many health regimins actually are only assisting the body to regain ballance and tho we assume after a particular supplemention that it was the cause of a return to health it is often a strong side asssit of the issue rather than a primary one. Which is why I always think a diet investgation, fasting, fresh grass juices, and food combining diet are important to try before we get into specific supplementation. Tho again the small print here is that if one is sick with an auto immune illness the seriousness of the situation deems the stratigy be all encompasssing.
