yes, it is very hard, but making up your mind that you will avoid whatever has to be avoided in order to feel better is the most important step.
People have a hard time giving up eating the foods they have eaten all their life. This is also not going to be something you can do for a few weeks, or for 1 month, and be done with it to go back to the way you had been eating previously.
Grains have mold spores in them, so it's not just the yeast that needs to be avoided, it's the grains too. Peanuts too, which would include peanut butter.
