Do you have high or low cortisol. Exercise can lower cortisol, so if you have high cortisol, you would feel better.

Light work is one way but id suggest vibrational chants more then just light visualizations and actually, in combination with them in meditation.

But for me, the doctor pills almost killed me when i healed myself and kept taking them.

Disease can only grow in a low wave form...

An MRI machine alters this same system, spins the electrons faster so that they can be photographed by thie machines operating frequency and matches them up to take the pic... So there is prooof that this can actually be done... Whats an MRI machine? We all know, its a magnetical machine...
