ML & All,
My first collards are coming up. Hopefully will have enough time to harvest them here in Dallas.
We have limited space - am growing them in pots.
We used topsoil, gypsum, peat moss,molasses and compost for soil (50, 1, 24, 1, and 24% respectively).
It's fun to do - hopefully they will be of decent quality.
Any suggestions to feed them further ?

It IS possible to overdo and burn the plant, retard its growth. Some of the weed-killers work on that principle!!!!
If you take a sample from where the leaves are tender, fairly near the newest growth and test, you will have some facts to use in order to make an informed decision.
The refractometer is an even more powerful tool in the garden than it is when shopping!!!
