ok to take this daily during humaworm cleanse to keep bowels moving? if so how far should i take it from herbs? don't want it to prevent them from working by flushing them out.

This is a reply to # 1,484,599Just take it at bedime. Also - epsom salts is basically the same thing as oxypowder - it works the same way and is much cheaper. Both are magnesium based and are very effective at cleaning out the entire intestinal tract.

if they are basically the same, does that mean, the oxy powder capsules could actually replace the epsom salt drink, that is normally used to prepare for the liver flush?
I wonder how many capsules would need to be used to make up the difference of the Tablespoon of ES, maybe 5? momo
