i am 3 days in and my arthritis pain from the 1st day has really increased. it's very hard to deal with. is this normal? can i expect this to last the 30 days? could this be die-off?
i am wondering if the 4 caps a day is too strong for me since i only weigh 95 lbs.?
i only eat 2x a day - at about 1 pm and then again about 7. so it is ok to take caps at 12:30 and then again at 6:30 or should i take them in am even though i won't eat for 4 h? i have no appetite in am and eating makes me feel sick then.
