Hi All,
I want to purchase a refractometer and found these 2 choices for digital.
1. Kruss digital 0-95% range
2. Hanna digital 0-50% range
I wanted to get one that would have a higher range than 0-32% and digital.
If anyone has any insights as to which one might be better or if neither is a good choice, I would be very grateful.
Thanks in advance,
Paraboy
Hi CTBB,
I think you just clarified it for me.
I shouldn't be looking at digital because it will not provide the fuzzy line indicating wether there is that nasty NPN in it.
Thanks,

Thanks LD,
I already came to that conclusion, but it helps to have something to do a search for.

Just wanted to say I made my choice and bought the VEE GEE BTX-1 refractometer from NovaTech
It was listed on brixtalk yahoo group as a good one.
Hope I made the right choice!

Thanks Di!
So far, my taste buds haven't found any high quality brix, but, at least now, I can see how bad the stuff I've been eating really is!
It would be really cool if an org could be started where people with Brix meters could provide a list of all the high brix foods they get and from what markets.
This would force the farmers to rethink their growing habits?
