Like all the other tools here at the Ask Moreless forum, what is best for each person will vary. When one has been seriously ill and is just starting out, the diluted H2O2 and H2O body spray after baths and showers may be the gentlest way to begin. If you apply a test patch of undiluted H2O2 to your skin and it turns white of blisters, you would star very dilute spray, enough to benefit but not cause such a reaction.
I started with those sprays and have also progressed eventually into using the inhaled spray occasionally, swishing it around in my mouth [especially when I had the sore tooth last spring] and applying it full-strength to my skin. While at first I got the white/blisters reaction, now it just energises me.
And, of course, I use it in the alkaline or acidic baths as well!
Perhaps others also have experiences to share???
