Currently, I am taking Pau D' Arco, Chapparal, Andrographis pills from Nature's Way in capsule form (it's the standard dose). I have been taking now 3 capsules 3x a day for about 6 days. I have an infection in the groin aread (please revert to my previos posts, if you can titled "hernia"). I am not seeing any results, do I need to wait longer? or shall I increase my dosage, what am I doing\eating wrong. I have stopped drinking since I started with the herbs, but keep in mind I have been a heavy drinker for the past 8 years. Could the past alcohol abuse be effecting the usage of herbs? I am also drinking kefir in the morning and night, that I have noticed some improvements in bowel movements though..I was at one point having dark black stools, but now they are back to normal color, the kefir is wonderful stuff.
Please help HV, as I need to get well soon. my financial situation is at rock bottom. Please advice what I can to do get well. I am considering ozone therapy as well there is a place that does rectal insufflation for about $25.00 a treatment. I'm not sure how many treatments I would need. I can pm you with more details on symptoms..thanks again and God bless.
