it's great that we have a good group going...i'm on my second night and it has been a challenge these past two days...i'm hoping the third day is a bit easier psychologically...i'm okay during the day, but around the 5/6 pm mark, i start staring at the veggies and smelling the melons...but i do know that if i keep busy doing something else, it seems better, so that's what i'm planning on doing for the rest of the week...maybe a nice skin brush and shower while the others are eating...or a long walk ...it has to be something active...any tips out there for the weak moments? madonna
