It's also wise to paint/spray Iodine
into the bottoms of your shoes - I did. I rubbed the solution onto the bottom of my sandals last year - made a huge difference. If you paint them a few days in a row and let them air out - you'll notice the difference. It's also intelligent while you're leveling things out, if you wear inserts in your shoes to take them out and let them air when you're not wearing your shoes.
Also - if anyone else in your family has fungus problems on their feet - none of this will help if you're all showering in the same shower. Clean your tub daily for a few weeks while you're leveling out. You'll notice a big difference there, too.
Nutritionally: you cannot beat nail fungus while ingesting wheat and sugar. Period. Cut those out of your diet while doing these things and you'll make headway.
PS - fungal toenails and especially those that seem to be 'thickening' is liver stagnation. Look to healing your liver!
