I started today. I want to do a minimum of three days (my max was 6), but I really want to go for 7 days. I am not very heavy, actually the main reason why I want to do this fast and I have been fasting for the last month is to help me with binge eating and food addictions.
I have always been around 105-110lb and was very tight, but because of binge eating I became 125lb and all the weight that I gained was fat so I feel really "flabby." Right now, I am 120lb, even though I know my weight is low, I would love to lose that excess fat and regain the weight afterwords through exercise and a healthy diet. I hope that during the fast I can lose 8-10lb, and keep it off by changing my diet to a plant based one and at least 50% raw (to begin with).
