I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, so apologies if it isn't.
Over the past few months I have become somewhat obsessed with food. I used to look forward to going grocery shopping, but now it has become something of a nightmare - what to eat, what not to eat, & so on. I've tried giving up sugar, dairy & wheat. I even tried the raw food diet for a while, but found it very difficult to stick with. I got tired of eating salads & didn't look forward to meal times. I'd like to go back to eating a healthy, balanced diet, albeit cooked, eg steamed vegetables & steamed chicken or rice, (& incorporate fresh fruit & vegetable juices, green smoothies, Superfood, no junk sugary foods, candy, etc) but there's a part of me that is obsessing over whether or not it's the right thing to do, ie cooked = not healthy.
