I took it for several months way back when. It did seem to kill off a lot of yeast ( i saw it in BM ) but it just made me sicker cause it overloaded my elimination organs. I don't think it is great for the chronic long standing cases because the bacteria are transient strains. They won't help repopulate the bowel long term and that is what we need.
