Fruit intolerance is probably caused by toxins.
Your best bet is not doing a traditional fast. You could try the milk cure. But skip all the preparation nonsense, the only thing which is really necessary is milk. If you can't tolerate that either, then lacto-vegetarian diet is probably your safest bet.
Also, nonfat milk = bad. You're getting way too much lactose, which is only going to screw you up even more. It also has more calories per volume (no kidding, check the servings) so you aren't losing any weight on nonfat milk, either. If your milk is less than 2% fat, it probably means you are doing something wrong.
If you can tolerate the milk cure, you should eventually be able to eliminate your fruit allergy. Eventually, being the key word.
