Your question: Hi ML
I was wndering about my upset stomach. Everytime I go to eat something my stomach hurts so bad that I feel very sick to my stomach like I am going to get sick. It has been like this since the passing of my BF and every day seems not to be getting any better.
I feel fine during the day and here within the last few days or so I have actually started to feel hungry when I havent eaten in awhile. I know I have to eat so I force myself to. I also know that keeping my health is very vital. I just dont understand why I can feel hungry and then eat and feel so sick afterwards.
I havent tried everything yet as far as varieties of food but have tried sticking to what I was eating before the passing of my BF. I had seem to do well on that lifestyle of diet back then. I dont want to say that it doesnt work now but I cant get over the upset stomach I dont understand.
Answer: It would by natural for one who has lost a Loved one to grieve and this may give digestion problems.
Yet, if this continued one may need to find out if there may be other reasons?
What you may need to do is start all over and start eating baby foods that are easy to digest and work up to harder to digest foods after your digestion improves.
You may try eating some BSM on a spoon and slowly add some liquids like Vegetable broths.
Do not eat just because you think you need to force yourself to eat or it may not digest?
Drink liquids to start with like some frozen grape juice concentrate in its own juices with a drop or so of Pure Peppermint oil.
Then try some Concentrated Pineapple juice unsweetened with a little kelp.
Take it slow and use those things which do not cause problems.
Let me know your progress.
