I use to suffer from BO. It was quite challenging...but, I refused to allow it totally depress me, even though, being out in public was quite challenging...here are some of the things I did. I'm sure some of these suggestions here will work for you...doctors don't really treat this...thanks to everyone receive sharing information on this condition...it's just finding the right combination...you'll get through this and back to living a full life!
Chlorophyll - Liquid
Oil of Oregano Organic Liquid
Zinc, Magnesium and Calcium Supplements
Spectrum Flaxseed Oil Ground 98 Lignans (Excellent)
B-Complex - Also good for stress
Recommended Detox Cleansers - Body and/or Colon Cleanse
Green Tea - be careful, may constipate and add to BO
Plenty of raw fruits and vegetables
Green Vegetables - Brocolli and Spinach is great!
Nuts - Sunflower, Pumpkin, Almonds seeds, etc
Dr. Bonner's Peppermint and Tea Tree Soaps
Dry Brush Skin to help remove released toxins
Baby Wipes (w/aloe) great to use while in public to stop perspiration/ Body Odor
- using on pressure points, behind ears, inside arms, palms, thigh, underarms, shoulders, wherever there seems to be excessive sweat or over-active glands
Aloe Gel or Cream
Take a couple of changes of clothes w/you when in public and wipes for quick changes...like three black cotton -t-shirts, three black cotton skirts...stay cool...
Tai Chi Exercise along w/other fitness programs
I have perfect health and perfect peace
