What dr. john r. christopher wrote in his newsletters and his school of natural healing book about his formulas and herbs works exactly the way he writes, when his instructions are followed.

So I like his original formulas and you can expect good results when his info is followed. Asking your source that you purchased from is always ideal, because they know where they got their product and hopefully how it was made, etc....while I have zero clue if I didn't make it.
