After doing a coffee enema how long should i wait to do a water enema? (to get some remaining coffee out)..or is it even necessary? also can i just rinse out the bag with boiled water or something or do i have to wash it with a solution when i want to do the water enema afterwards? and is diluted bleach and hydrogen peroxide the only way to clean the bags? thanks- Re: Doing a water enema after a coff... propaul

As soon as most of the coffee enema has been expelled, you are ready for your water enema. It depends. I don’t especially if this is part of a fast routine that last several days. The following day my cleansing enema will clean out any toxin and debris flushed out by the coffee enema.
If you are the only user of your enema equipment, then I don’t believe that you need to use bleach to clean your equipment after each enema. I use bleach only about once a month. Just rinse your equipment with clean hot water after each use. Let it dry before putting it away.
