I did it, I did it! I can't believe I did it.
I did my second
Liver Flush two weeks after my last,(Thur/Friday) and then, that morning, when I should have taken my epson salts, I didn't. I got the phone number of a high
colonic lady, and when 8 am rolled around I called. No answer. I was too impatient--she is a casual friend of mine, and I know she likes to travel. So I found the number of another one, who lives closer, and got an apt.for 1 oclock that same afternoon....and while I was on the phone getting 'instructions' my friend called me back...opps....
Anyway, I felt I had to take the apt. I already made....but was surprised that they wanted me to book another one the next day....no way....$$$$$, and the office person said there was very little chance that on my first try they would be able to reach the ascending colon(because I wouldn't be able to relax, etc) Hey, the goal was to get the
Gallstones flushed, I did an enema the afternoon before the flush, so I hoped...
She was able to flush the whole colon,(although I could tell when it was doing the transending and assending--obviouly my enemas hadn't cleaned that part out as well, IF they've ever gotten there.
Sadly I only could see from my vantage point of few of my stones....and so I'm not sure how big or how many there were--it's easier when they are floating in the toilet and the
colonic person didn't realize how important it was too me....she kept telling me I was doing great.
No butt pee, no stinging or soreness. If money weren't an issue....
Anyway, I was pleased. All my efforts had paid off....
I'll go to my friend the next time I do one. The nice part was it was so clean and painless (except when I paid the bill) I'm NOT doing a follow up, against my friend's advice. (she said the first one was like soaking the lasagne pan, the second was getting the stuff out) I think the enemas and epson salts made up for that. If anyone has any other take on that, please let me know.
Also, there is a little tenderness in the area of the transverse and assending colon--any advice on that? Each new things brings new questions. By waiting until the afternoon, and not taking the doses of epson salt, did that affect my flush in anyway.(like reabsorbing toxins?) And is there anything I should be doing after the colonic? I think the receptionist/helper person was wrong and I didn't question him--he said now my colon was clean and I should take my probiotics because they had a nice clean colon to attach to. I think not.(the part about the nice clean colon) What do y'all think?

Peace and joy,
