Depending on how tomorrow goes, sleepwise, I am leaning towards doing the second liver flush--it fits my schedule. I had been parasite cleaning, but I have taken a break from that. I've been following.

Pun intended: I'm going with my gut feeling on this, but my guts been trying to tell me things for years--I'm just finally ready to listen. I will do The Clark Flush protocol Thursday night, which means it would be helpful, but not essential, to be able to do an eneama after the ... buttpee (learend that term here on curezone) But that confuses me--it felt like last time, I spent enough time on the pot to last a week. hmmm.....but several people said follow the flush with an enema or a colonic.....hmmmm.....like I said, nothing is set in concrete. I'm a fast learner when I am up to it.....I bought coffee for the first time in my life....organic....that was a hoot...anyway....

I have to run children. I've been taking magnesium each night for sleep and softening, I've been blending food for a couple days, and I'll probably continue to do so tomorrow, and make sure I do some apple juice. I may not flush perfectly, but flush I shall--unless I change my mind. Being the mother of 5, I've learned to be flexible. Lost my mind, but flexible. Three are in college, but I still that stress get to me....and I have a 16 year old driver, yea, I'm sure stress affects my digestion, but my appetite has improved just in the last while.

Spmehow I had it in my head that you didn't want to do them everyday....but just to get started it is okay? Missed that somehow.

That's me, little by little.
I put four cups in a bag, I usually got half the first try, half the second. I could be a little tougher, I just didn't know if I should or not. Will the urge pass, just like when you ignore your bowels: done that for years, and like hunger, the urge goes away, and the results are not pretty. I've been called little toot before--I WONDERED why I had so much gas, and not very nice smelling either! I would stand in the back of exercize class, just so as not to stink everyone out.

Okay, so if tomorrow night I will do the liver flush, it's okay for me to do an enema tomorrow morning, and then after the flush? How long after? Seems like if everything is 'buttpeeing down' it would be counter productive to send something against the tide.

hi, i just did my first and finished the water bottle bag i was using in two sittings..are u recommending i do this again tommorow etc until i can take in the whole bag of water once?
