I just mixed equal weights of five of the 'in-betweens', all in powdered form, together in a jar...intending to add 1 1/4 teaspoons of the combination to my food, daily.
But, I was fooling myself, because I hadn't considered the TASTE of the mixture!
Cloves, in particular, don't 'go with' sage and thyme.
I should have mixed only the ginger, cinnamon, and cloves together, and used 3/4 of a teaspoonful on foods that take a 'sweet' seasoning...like applesauce, or oatmeal.
It would have been better to keep the sage and thyme in a separate jar, for adding 1/2 teaspoon, daily, to more savory foods...like potatoes, etc.
As for 'measuring', I have become pretty good at eyeballing an appropriate 'pinch' size for my purposes.
Anyway, over two years the jarful I made has gone down quite a bit, though I only use it occasionally.
This has been a good experiment in the use of herbals for well-being. I certainly don't use too much of any herb/spice for flavoring, remembering the limit of 1/4 teaspoon per person, per day.
I often use my jarful in soup or stew, for the broth, where the flavors are tolerable.
Grinding my own spices has been a great surprise.
Cinnamon sticks, for one example, grind down into the most delicious powdered cinnamon I have ever tasted...and the flavor lasts!
My experiments have taught me much about herbals and spices.
Every time I use my mixed jarful, I am glad I didn't add the garlic and onions!
What's the old saying? ...The proof of the pudding is in the eating.
I think that's the key to using all Humaworm products...how much, when, does what...and we learn slowly.
In fact, it took me six rounds to come to a point where I feel that I have reduced my overall load of toxins to the level where most people START cleansing.
I am a brand-new girl.
:D
Enjoy!

P.S. R.G. says...
"The in-between herbs help cleanse and detox the body - without causing resistance. They just help strengthen the immune system. The in-between herbs are not required, but they are recommended in cases of high parasite and or toxin loads."
Finally, I am close to using Hu-Mana-Tea daily. I have been thinking it is a 'tonic' and, perhaps, a 'preventative'.
I think I have been wrong.
I now realize it is a boost to removing toxins faster.
I wonder where I'd be now, if I had realized this earlier.
It takes some of us a while to 'catch on'...a great education!
