Hi, PRD!
Hate to rain on your parade, but I eat lots of my veg, especially my greens, very well cooked, in soups. This is especially so when my health has been at its worst...then often only the broth.
If you check my posting history, I have been around for a while and made some pretty spectacular improvement on this. Cooking part of the soup in a big batch once a week and adding some fresh leafy veg and sweet potato when I reheat it gives a consistently good quality, no fuss, quick meal.
Raw and juicing has never either worked for nor appealed to me. Nutrition is same as long as you use all liquids, and the alleged extra enzymes are unnecessary once one has gotten enough of the alkaline minerals for long enough for one's own digestive tract to heal. This is so even for those of us who spent a fortune on enzymes for many years before finding the Ask Moreless forum and adopting its principles.
I'd say, eat your veg any way you like best and your body reacts well to, as long as they are the best quality you can get and you eat the cooking fluids also.
