I don't know, but i think that a lot of people who come to this forum are having gallbladder issues, and those issues are usually found one day or night after a high fat meal. Not always, some gallbladder issues can be
food allergy related. But, to some here, the liver/gallbladder is stagnant, and so the normal routine of digesting good healthy fats(or bad ones) is compromised and the result is a variety of symptoms. Sometimes outright pain, but often more subtle, and the old general feeling of not being right.
If we could go back in time and start our diets with good fats and other proper things, then noone, most likely would have to be here. Alas, we are the stagnant, the congested, the stoned! More often than not, even the good fats can be too much, until we cleanse and get ourselves working properly again. Comprende?
