I understand the impulse to want to 'give' others a standard easy-to-follow 'recipe' that could be "proven effective" ( esp. since many people have this allopathic POV of Rx and might well respond to such concepts) in order to get them on the path, so to speak...
I too had such thoughts, initially, and butted heads with ML a few times, when I felt I was only trying to get 'clear'. I can see now, my thoughts were mainly a form of compensation for the fact that some others just weren't interested in the protocol, or, in the concept that a person might be *reaping* what s/he has *sown*.
(in terms of lifestyle choice, self-responsibility...)
We often want to 'spare' others their own honest path,
and we may want to help liberate them from having to be uncertain, and going through their own process of discovery.
But, BUT, what I've learned over the past few years is that this impulse (to standardize or stand in FOR others) is simply an error in thinking.
It comes from siding with (consciously or not) a belief in lack, not trust in perfect abundance, and it aims to replace God with a bunch of small selfs, just trying to make their way on their own will/power. As such, it is a reductionist's mode of behaviour: The OLD paradigm.
Every person has her/his own inherent connection to, and place In, the All (God, Spirit, Creation). What we should all encourage of each other is that each one strengthen their own inner connection and communion with All that exists beyond this illusion of time and space, and has no problem seeing the Whole.
To look for iron-clad (standardized 'recipe') solutions with the same mind that caused the problem is an error!
This is like doctors getting people to believe if one antibiotic doesn't "work", a stronger one will. Think about the fundamental errors that whole medical "temple" is built on -- and then consider how much the blind are leading the blind.
There's a way out of that measureless bog of unknowing though.
Our own 'field', our very bodily form (only one of several, and the grossest one, at that) can be seen to be the tool that it is. It is ONLY, ultimately, a communication device.
As such, it goes against all reasonable in-sight (looking within) to imagine there is a specific formulated and unchanging battery starter (the drink) that will take the place of each one's own link with the Truth.
Reflect on that, and one can perhaps locate the little tyrant that wants to be 'king of the castle' -- otherwise known as the ego, (which in simple terms is at war with the very concept of God--since in God all beings are equal and valued and welcomed.))
That's not to say that a person is a "bad person" for wanting to reduce the All to a standard recipe-- just that that kind of thinking is an error. A missing the mark. And errors can be corrected and brought to light.
So... what would be the correct approach, if it is an error to deny each person their own discovery of a link with the Truth that knows and wants only the best?

What about if everyone learns applied kinesiology?
I consider this as valuable -moreso even- as the refractometer. In fact, it can stand in for the refractometer, since we were not created to need to rely on instruments, however helpful they may be.
For some though, it might take a little more effort than for others, to develop the skill. Here's how AK would work
"is this (carrot, cucumber, broccoli...) ample/correct brix for my body's requirements today?" for my son's? my daughter's..?
How many of the drinks are optimal today... one...two...three... etc. etc.
So long as there is no intent at any level to do other than what is TRULY best, ( the actual meaning of "not my will, but Thy will" ) and no wish to decide for oneself, rather than ASK (and it shall be given) then, nothing could be simpler.
-One always starts with oneself, since that's where dishonesty might lurk, and one needs to clear that channel first. Google Perelandra, click on Education, and find the pages on teaching yourself 'muscle testing'. it takes a couple hours to learn. There are other sources too, but this one is very good, with pictures and all ). AK uses the electromagnetic field of the body much like a battery (which should satisfy Mia's train of thought). Also, it is in complete accord with everyone's being a unique spark of the One. it is NOT occultism, except in the true sense that "occult" means 'hidden'. ( hidden within? Like God?)
with AK, once the 'yes' and 'no' are established for oneself, it becomes a very simple thing of testing
how many T limewater. One.. two.. three... One can then apply this to optimal diet... the plan of a garden. and to any number of good uses. If you live with someone with a disability, say, who takes longer than others to accomplish something, you can save yourself a lot of grief and worry by asking "what time will so-and-so be home? ...and so on. it makes life so much easier.
As has been taught, ( by Jesus, and other masters of self-realization) "these things were made for you -- you were not made for them". That's an important - no, a vital- consideration--something to ponder. In essence, it means that all are equal and no one does anything FOR another, but that all might benefit and freely share what is given to All. Consideration of this also will help to undo the errors behind the thought of an imposed 'recipe' on anyone, which should go a long way to helping illustrate more of how this whole ML protocol works, and how it was made for us, not we * to fit* it.
Dowsing - or applied kinesiology - is a *conscious* connection with the Divine, otherwise known as genuine intuition.
Easy to see why intuition has gotten a bad rap over the centuries, isn't it, when it is one of the prime ways for humans to liberate themselves from falling into error, and control by others, also in error. Many people would (egoically-speaking) rather hide the truth from themselves, as a way of remaining "blameless" and dependant on others-- or, as a way of assuring themselves others are dependant on them! >>This suits big Pharma very nicely, since it thrives on 'helping' people stay in the dark, remaining weak and dependant.
The only requirement for AK is honesty, and the willingness to know the truth. simple. and the truth "shall set you free". That means, free of needing to figure out recipes.
best, Chiron
