Okay, so colema and enema are equal, and I still don't know what a colema board looks like. You do BOTH? And if someone had no money issues (hahahahahah) how would colonics rate? Since a friend is helping with the cost of a couple of them, I need to make sure that Andreas strong support of them is justified. So far it has been, but I don't want to unnessarily take advantage of my friend's generosity....so ....

And what is an artsana bag? Different than a red enema bottle (hot water bottle)?

This is a small part of making sure I am not longer, as my dr. teasingly put it "an anal retentive person", as well as healing my colon/intestines/gallbladder/liver so I can finally get the nourishment to my poor starved brain and body.

What draws me most to the Aryavedic (spelling?) way of health is that it ISN"T expensive....that's been my excuse for years, and I hear it constantly from others--I don't have enough money to get healthy. I can't believe God, the universe, whatever, would have that be true. Only rich people can be healthy? Or those with money? No, if I "make" it, and overcome my challanges, I'll finally be able to say there are so many things you can do without big bucks....IF you set some priorities.

I CHOSE to have 5 children, I choose not to work but to homeschool, but I think I still can find health. Just makes those priorities a bit harder, makes materialism almost a laughing matter.....and it keeps me humble. Because I have learned to ask for help. But I am realizing that the bright, intelligent, CREATIVE person I was years ago, is resurfacing bit by bit.....and she has LEARNED and relearned, and will continue to learn, SO much.

My "healing" is worthwhile....because when I am Depression free for, I think, two years, then I can say I've been in the darkest place, and there is light. I will be able to offer hope.

Those who have never lost the gift of a healthy brain.....your knowledge may prevent so much pain.....it's all connected. I wouldn't give up the wisdom I have learned; but I WANT IT ALL. to me that is WISDOM, HEALTH, SELF-WORTH, CREATIVITY and COMPASSION for all.

Now, back to the 'crap'!

Okay, I figured I had some options other than Wal Mart, but didn't know.
That's important.

My bag is hung very low, it's just the silly white tubing--I think they changed suppliers--it always used to fit on both ends, now it doesn't. I like them just because at $5, I can almost treat it as disposable....it's just the frustration aspect....my silly husband figures duck tape belongs in the tools, and keeps putting it away ....lols.....and I'm in the bathroom hollering "Someone bring me the duck tape" with no explanation....my kids already think mom is weird, now they are SURE!

(I've always wanted to ask....do you know that song, Hey, hey, Paula....and hey, hey, Paul....it was early 60's.....but my older sisters used to sing it to me.....whenever I meet a Paul it goes through my mind....couldn't resist asking)
