Hi Tzu.
I broke the fast the day after that with watermelon. Have been eating a varied diet since then and have managed to put minimal fat on. I have been using free weights regularly with lots of whey and lean meat and plenty of fruit and veg and have put on some muscle.
I will now
Water Fast again to loose the last of the fat then continue my weights, whey, meat and veg as my final stage of transformation.
I think i got a bit carried away with my symptoms last time and probably could have pushed through if it werent for the fear mongering.
