Hi all, Feeling motivated yet again but more prepared mentally this time. Starting tomorrow - just fruit tomorrow and maybe the next day and then full on fasting. Definitely want to get over my 7 day mark - that will be such an achievement for me. Using my little notebook to record everything and get motivated and I'll pop on here to record how well I do too. 23rd of March - 31st would be fab 8 days - 7 of full fasting.
