...Clear, truthful, reasonably brief, and thorough enough that the reader can fit themselves into the picture!
We are all amateurs here. We all can tell, for sure, only what we have experienced, so far.
Sometimes we need to write it out loud, so we can see what we really think...and so that others can spot the differences, comparing one person to another.
Our best comparison, of course, is ourselves.
The hardest post to write is the one where the poster feels they have 'exposed' themselves...and gets no replies.
We might feel that folks don't 'like' us, or that our subject is trivial.
On a bulletin board like CureZone, no reply likely means that no one who reads your post feels they have a 'helpful' answer.
Which is a very good sign, indeed. At the very least, no one is suggesting 'unhelpful' or 'untried' procedures.
Also, we are each at different stages of our learning journey.
I have the odd notion that, if we came equipped with windows, or zippers, we would have far fewer questions...but, no such luck!
Still, we DO have ways of looking within, often not particularly well-used...yet.
My own discoveries, over years of reading and experimenting, cautiously...astonish me. I have Aha! moments, frequently...and I can only hope that readers realize that I am on a learning journey, just as they are.
I feel you are progressing very well. I especially like that you are on top of your skin 'symptoms'. Hooray! That's a tough one to overcome.
And, gallbladder/liver pain! ...So central to well-being!
Keep exploring...you'll trip over things you missed before.
Even re-read your own posts...or Humaworm's (R.G.'s).
I just discovered something nice...we can Google posts by a specific person, by words we remember them using, and find specific posts we are interested in.
I wanted to re-read a certain post by 'humaworm', where I remembered he had spoken about his cousin, the 'real doctor'.
So I found one of his posts, and scrolled down to the light gray printing which shows all of his posts in this forum, and I clicked on 'date'.
Then, while I saw the list of all his posts, here, I went to the 'search' function at the top right-hand corner of the page.
I typed in..."real doctor"...including the quotation marks, and then pushed the 'search' button.
Lo and behold, I got 11 'humaworm' posts where he uses that term. It was very easy to then find the one I was thinking of.
Here is the post I was looking for...
I've learned so much from that story...particularly about how we can so easily get 'stuck' on an idea or concept, and hurt ourselves.
I have my own 'stuckednesses', as we all do, and they fall, one by one, as we see new-to-us and simpler ways.
Common sense is so much easier, effective, and cheaper, I think...
...As we share information.
My contribution is the idea that we do better if we grow our own, and DON'T PLOW THE SOIL...don't kill the soil microorganisms that CARRY nutrients to plant roots.
And, that we bathe in a one percent (1%) solution of crystal mineral salts from ancient, unpolluted, dried-up oceans. The skin knows how to balance, in and out, all the substances in our bodies.
Why wouldn't we let it?
This is Saturday, my friends, and I ramble.
Hope there is something here for you.
