Well, you could make any cake with palm oil instead of butter because they have rather similar properties, I guess.
Since you're asking, I'll include the recipe. I liked the taste, but it's my own creation basically, so use at your own risk.
cake:
4 egg whites (stiffly beaten with some salt)
60g palm oil (melted)
60g glutinous rice flour (or any other starchy flour)
30g
Sugar (I use Rapadura = dehydrated cane juice)
20g cocoa powder
stevia according to taste (I used 1/3 tsp)
vanilla
Mix dry ingredients and fold into beaten egg whites. Fold in the oil. Bake for 25min in preheated oven at 170°C (that's roughly 325F I think.)
sauce:
4 egg yolks
20g
Sugar (Rapadura)
5g cocoa powder
some stevia according to taste (I used about 1/4 tsp)
vanilla
Mix all the ingredients and beat until creamy.
Chill both the cake and the sauce before eating.
