Hi guys,
I bought the Psyllium/Bentonite powder from Wilderness Naturals. It recommends you take 2 tablespoons a day (in the form of a shake). I've done this 3 times.
However I realized that one tablespoon gives you 1088% of your daily iron Fe2O3 intake - what the heck!!
Iron is poisonous, in such high doses, is it not? It is also bioaccumulative, i.e. it accumulates and is eliminated only slowly. How could this product exist, one would be dead of iron poisoning by the time one finished the suggested regimen... or not?
At any rate, I'd appreciate any input. I've stopped using it and will not continue until I have some answer to this question.
thanks
Mario
