I initially began this Water Fast
to rid myself of candida. I tried to break my fast on the 8th day but with terrible results so I've been on strictly water only since then.
So I suppose Water Fasting
would be 13 days. Things have been Ok until a few days ago, the nausea was so bad.. I thought my insides were turning upside down. It went on consistently so I broke the fast today with diluted fresh squeezed OJ.
Now this has been my first Water Fast
that lasted for more than a day so I'm not sure of how I'm supposed to be feeling. The first half cup left me feeling hungry and wanting for more.
1. Is that normal? Each time I found it hard to drink slowly and I wanted to gulp it down. But the craving was not so bad as before
2. I feel slightly dizzy and weak as before breaking the fast (not so good) minus the nausea. Is this because I broke the fast during detox?
3. How do I know candida is gone...?
4. How soon can I start probiotics? and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract
Before I began the fast Grapefruit-Seed-Extract
was too strong for me so I'm not sure if I can take it immediately
Also I would love to hear your experiences on breaking the fast. I"m so hungry!! help
