Hi All ok So this is what I do 5 to 6 times a week. Can someone tell me if this is satisfactory or should I up my workout.
My workouts are to lose weight I am about 40lbs over weight
Brisk walk (outdoors) approx 45min to 1 hour daily
Pilates workout (tummy and legs intense) approx 15min daily
5lbs dumbell weight lifting (not too intense) approx 15min daily
