All,
I have recently limited my eating to 4 hours per day. I eat from noon til 4pm. I go to bed pretty early - this helps me sleep better.
I have noticed changes already.
My urine PH turned acid again - and my tongue is coated each morning thus far (am on day3).
This AM my head is clearer. This is not quite 1 meal - but does allow ~20 Hours of fasting per day - and seems to be working.
Book1 is right again!
How many of you have given this a try ?
Any experiences to share ?
