Basically you have to e-mail them your info, what you want to buy and how you want to pay for it. They have a contact us page that has boxes that you can supply all that info...or call her, etc. I assume once they have your info, then you can e-mail all future orders with no problems.

They only accept outside the USA orders, all orders go by airmail flat rate boxes. Those flat rate boxes are never cheap...so it makes no sense to order a product for $15 and then pay $40 in shipping 1/2 way around the globe. Some people do that and it never made sense to me. If your order is between 1-2 hundred dollars, then the shipping does not seem so crazy, so keep that in mind.
