Hello. I'm a 71 year old guy with a passion for fitness. I started weight training when I was 64 years old and weighed 235 pounds. Now at age 71 my weight is 175 pounds
and I feel as good as I ever have. Using reasearch results to help me has enabled me to become much stronger than I ever thought was possible. The exercise program I developed has helped my family members and friends so much that they said I should make the information available on the internet. I took their advice and made a website to explain my program to others. I only provde information and sell nothing or ask for anything from those who visit my site. My only desire is to try and help those who have failed with other programs to try a program that is based on Science
