Well, there is this story that you shouldn't be eating anything late at night (after 21h) because your body is going to the "sleep mode" and stop digesting any food.
I was wondering how many of you actually fallow this method, and hold this for truth. I don't - since I find myself hungry often (like most of us being on candida diet), and I would rather eat late then stay hungry and lose more weight. Do you stop eating at evenings, or you don't care about this like I don't?
