This is getting old.. but thought you may get a kick out of this...

I was told again this week that I am 2 thin(getting used to that - @ 5'11" 155lbs I do look thin next to a SAD American)... and that cooked food is much better for me than RAW... sigh....
WISH I WAS 160 AGAIN, I WAS FROM AGE 12 TO 30 YEARS OLD AND 6 FEET TALL, SO I CAN IMAGINE YOU LOOK YOUNG AND THE SAD PEOPLE CAN'T STAND THAT...

I HAVE ALWAYS READ THAT YOU NEVER EAT COOKED SPINACH, IT CREATES AN ACID EFFECT WHEN COOKED.
If you kill the enzymes, and chemically alter the minerals and vitamins with heat..... it's a LOT of extra work for us to even come close to using part of it... likely.. its mostly eliminated in the urine...
I eat this type of stuff up... it motivates me to stay raw for EVER....!!! I have to heal.. prove them all wrong..!
